- Bookings can be made from the calendar tab or the Hall facilities tab. Booking from the calendar tab shows availability of all hall rooms, the Hall facilities tab gives booking access to individual rooms. In both cases you will see a calendar of dates and bookings already made. There is a cross symbol on the top right hand corner of each date indicating it is available to book. The hire rates are shown here.
- To book, click the cross symbol on your chosen date and facility (the cross indicates that facility is free). You will be prompted for your email address and password. If you do not have or have forgotten your password, then request a password reset here, you will receive a time-limited link to your email address.
- If you are a new user, you will be asked to register. Your personal information is used exclusively for booking purposes only.
- Once you are logged in you will need to complete the booking form. Here you can choose to book multiple rooms and make recurring bookings. More details on how to complete the booking form are provided in the YouTube video above. You will receive an email acknowledgement of your requested booking, followed by an email confirmation once your booking has been accepted.
- For some events you may be asked for a returnable deposit against loss or damage. If so you will be notified in the confirmation email.
- You will be invoiced between 2 & 4 weeks prior to your event taking place. Prompt payment will be appreciated, and please include your invoice number on the payment reference. The invoice email will include instructions on accessing the hall and equipment.
- Finally, at the end of your event please leave the Hall clean and tidy for the next user.

External Hire
~If you wish to hire hall items such as tables and chairs, follow the above steps to book a room such as the main hall, then on the Booking page, deselect the room and select External Hire. Use the Additional Items section to select your requirements and save as nornmal. There is a Youtube video to take you through the steps.
