The hire rates are dependant upon whether the hirer lives within the villages of Lockerley and East Dean. \u00a0The Hall is available for hire for those living outside the villages and the hall is also available for commercial users.<\/p>\r\n

Cancellation<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If an event is cancelled part payment may be forfeited if we are unable to re-let the hall.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Hire of Hall equipment \u2013 external use<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery may be hired for use away from the hall if not required for existing bookings. For example:<\/p>\r\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Large tables (seat 6-8): \u00a32\/day\u00a0 \u00a0 Small tables (seat 4): \u00a31\/day\u00a0 \u00a0 Chairs, each: \u00a30.50\/day<\/p>\r\n

Fourteen large tables are available, and seven small. \u00a0A deposit is required prior to collection.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
